Čáp Lookout Tower (rozhledna Čáp)

Lookout Tower with a 360-degree Panoramic View

The "Čáp" lookout tower was built in September 2014 on the highest point in the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks. In spite of the fact that it is only 13 metres high, it offers a breathtaking view of the adjacent rock labyrinths as well as of more distant mountains. At good visibility, you can see tops of the Jestřebí Hory Mountains, Table Mountains, Orlické Hory Mountains, Broumov Walls (Broumovské stěny) as well as tops of the Krkonoše Mountains. You can get there either from the centre of Teplice nad Metují or from the loop leading through the Teplice Rock Labyrinth. The easiest access is from the small settlement of Skály which is accessible by car. The lookout tower is open year round.
