Broumov Brewery invites organised groups to tour its production facilities. The tour of the brewery, wafted by the aroma of malt made in the brewery's own traditional threshing floor and Saaz hops, offers a glimpse into the secrets involved in making one of the oldest monastery beers.
You get to see how, using the finest home-grown ingredients, the brewery’s own water pumped from an artesian well more than 38 metres deep and premium brewer's yeast, a beer is brewed with a slightly sweet, smooth and delicious taste, coupled with a pleasant hoppy aroma and bitterness.
The museum has recently added another attraction - a small permanent exhibition of brewing, focusing mainly on the history of the brewery.
